Senate In Rowdy Session Over Rivers Assembly Mayhem


While the House of Representatives debate on the Rivers Assembly crisis was conducted calmly, the Senate experienced a rowdy session on Wednesday during deliberations on the same issue.



Senators were sharply disagreed over a recommendation seeking to direct the Inspector-General of Police to take immediate steps to resolve the differences between Governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi and the state's Commissioner of Police.
