Stealing kerosene from a tanker after an accident; is it poverty, greed or madness?
Yesterday, a tanker conveying kerosene had an accident at Oshodi ,on the Oshodi-Apapa expressway. In no time, residents swooped on the tanker scooping it’s content to the dismay of motorists and security agents.
